Do you offer International shipping?
Currently we only offer shipping to the 52 USA states and Canada.
How long would it take for me to get my order delivered?
Since our candles are made to order, it can take up to 5 business days to ship plus the transit time.
Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with your tracking information to keep track of your package.
Do you Offer custom Order?
We do not. Although, if you are looking for wedding favors, you can send us an email with your request and we can discuss options.
We also offer Gift Wrapping option, we understand that we live in a time of uncertainty and we must keep each other safe, therefore, we decided to offer gift wrapping and shipping directly to the intended recipient with a custom message from you to minimize exposure and to make gifting much easier for you.
What is your return policy?
We only offer return/replacement options for products that were damaged in transit. As we mentioned before, our candles are made to order, so they are considered custom made for each client. If for any reason you decide that you dont want the product any more, you will be responsible for return shipping cost and 40% restocking fee.
Before you return the package, you will need to send us and email with order information, reason why you'd like to return the order and pictures of the package, product must be unused, and in original packaging. Once you've sent us your email, we will review and send you a return confirmation email.
