Our Shipping Policy

Allow us 5-7 business days to ship your order, we are a small company and products are made to order, we do not keep inventory, therefore it would take a bit longer to ship your order.
If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact us with your name and order number and we will respond within 24hrs.
The Fine Print
Nordic Jade will accept returns of damaged products. If you changed your mind about the product, you will be responsible to pay for return shipping cost and 40% restocking fee.
All of our candles are made to order and carefully crafted and packaged to ensure that we are shipping a high quality product and that it will arrive to you in great condition.

Warranty at Nordic Jade
About Our Policy
Nordic Jade provides you with 7 days after recieving your order to contact us if theres any damage to the product.
We strive to create, package and deliver a high quality product, if the package was damage in transit and it damaged the candle container, we will replace it.
All we will ask from you is to send us an email with your order number, issues with the product and pictures of the damage and we will respond within 48hrs.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed
